Day 1

Arrival in Rome

Arrival at Rome Airport; transfer to your hotel.
Meet your guide for a briefing or refer to the signboard at the hotel reception.
Evening: Transfer to Via Cavour, a vibrant street perfect for your first taste of Rome.
Explore dining options ranging from Italian, Indian, and Chinese to international cuisines.

Day 2

Monday – Exploring Rome & Vatican City

In the morning, a 3-hour panoramic tour with a local guide (bus + walking). See iconic sites like the
Arch of Constantine, Exterior of the Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla,
Basilica of Saint Mary Major, Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo (from outside).
The tour concludes around 11:00 AM at Vatican City.
Optional tour: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel (at extra cost).

Afternoon: Free time for personal exploration or relaxation.
Evening: Transfer to Trastevere District, known for local charm, Roman culture, and restaurants
Return to the hotel by approximately 8:30 PM.

Day 3

Rome to Florence

Depart Rome and travel north through scenic countryside.
Arrive in Florence and visit Piazzale Michelangelo for panoramic city views.

Day 7

Yes, all helicopter services are operated by DGCA-certified operators with experienced pilots who specialize in Himalayan flights. Safety checks and weather assessments are conducted before every flight. If weather conditions are unsafe, the flight is rescheduled.

In case of weather delays, the itinerary is adjusted accordingly. You may wait at the current location until the weather clears, or alternative road transfers may be arranged where feasible. Extra expenses due to weather delays (additional accommodation/meals) are borne by the traveler.

Absolutely! The helicopter package is specifically designed to eliminate strenuous trekking and long road journeys, making it ideal for senior citizens, children, and people with limited mobility. Pony/palki services are also included where walking is required.

Each passenger is allowed 5 kg of luggage on the helicopter. We provide complimentary aviation duffle bags during the briefing session. Your main luggage can be stored safely at the Dehradun hotel and collected upon return.
